Minors
For the comfort of our guests, no one under the age of 11 is permitted in the full service areas of the spa. Services for persons 11-15 years of age are limited to facials, manicures, pedicures and massage and can only be performed with notification at time of booking and with full parental accompaniment on the day of the spa visit. Services for minors are available Monday through Thursday only.
Guaranteeing your reservation
All Spa reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card or gift card.
Cancellation Policy
Please give 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your spa appointment. For spa packages, please allow 48 hours and for group bookings please allow 72 hours. If your group is more than six people, please give at least 10 days notice for any cancellations. There will be a 50% service charge to your credit card if proper notice is not given or you do not show up for your booking.
Group Bookings
Please arrive 15 to 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment start time as a delayed start will cause your service to be shortened. All group appointments must be finalized seven days prior to the spa visit. Unconfirmed spaces will be released.
Gratuities and Taxes
Gratuities and Taxes are not included in the price of individual services. GST and 15% gratuity will be added to all packages and group bookings.
Gift Cards
Gift cards can be purchased for specific services, packages or dollar amounts. Gift cards will never expire, but are worth only the dollar value on the card. Sorry, we are not responsible for lost gift cards. Gift cards are available at the spa or hotel front desk, or on this website.
