24-Hour Cancellation Policy
In consideration of others, please allow 24 hours to cancel or reschedule appointments. If your reservation is for a spa package, please allow 48 hours. A credit card number is required for all reservations.
There will be a 50% service charge to your account if less than 24 hours notice is given to cancel an appointment or if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment.
With GROUP BOOKINGS, a credit card deposit and 48 hours cancellation notice is required.
Gift Cards
Gift cards can be purchased for specific services or packages, as well as for specific dollar amounts. These gift cards are valid for 2 years and can be used anywhere in our hotel. For more information please visit our gift cards page.

We want you to enjoy a safe and relaxing experience at our spa; therefore, we suggest that any individuals with medical conditions or concerns, on medication, or pregnant should consult a physician prior to using our spa facility.
* For your safety, we use the highest form of disinfection. All metal implements have been run through an autoclave and are sealed in a sterilized pouch.
