Massage Therapy
One of the oldest methods to relieve stress, increase circulation, release toxins and promote the breakdown of lactic acid in your muscle tissue. Our 90 minute massage treatments include a complimentary aroma steam. All massage therapy is performed by both female and male Registered Massage Therapists; please specify if you have a preference at time of booking. Massage therapy is covered under most health care plans. Receipts will be issued upon request.

Body Treatments
Our body treatments provide full-body stimulation to enhance your circulation, metabolism, and lymphatic flow. All body treatments include a full-body exfoliation with hot towel removal. Body treatments are not recommended if pregnant.

Hydrotherapy
Practiced for centuries, the use of water as a healing technique helps you to relax, strengthen circulation, soothe nerves, improve digestion and balance your metabolism. Riverstone Spa offers three types of hydrotherapy treatments: our aroma steam room hydrotherapy tub, and Vichy shower.
Hydrotherapy treatments can only be booked as an enhancement to a massage or a body treatment and are only available on weekdays.

Facial Treatments
All facials begin with a thorough skin analysis and consultation. Your esthetician will recommend a program of treatments and home care products specifically designed for your skin type and condition. Facial treatments also include a complimentary makeup touch up with our exclusive Jane Iredale mineral makeup line. Our facial beds are heated, and are of the highest quality.

Advanced Cosmeceutical Treatments
Natural DERMed enzyme and acid peels dissolve built up dead skin cells and encourage faster cell regeneration to leave you with skin that both looks and feels vibrantly fresh. Recommended for all skin types including extremely sensitive skin. A customized selection of treatments is available based on your skin type and condition. For best results, we recommend a series of six treatments, two or three times per year. An acid peel exfoliation promotes your skin’s vitality and prolonged health; however this treatment is not a facial.
