Spa Etiquette
In order for us to provide the best service and to ensure all of your needs are met, you will be asked to complete an in-depth consultation form. Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your reservation time. All appointments will end at their scheduled times to ensure following appointments are not delayed. We ask that while in our facility all cell phones and pagers are turned off and that you please remember to leave jewellery and valuables at home. Riverstone Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen objects.
Amenities
We offer luxurious men’s and women’s change rooms with private lockers, showers and fully equipped amenities. For many of our treatments you’ll be provided with a luxurious robe and a pair of sandals to change into. Disposable briefs are available for body treatments, however you are required to bring your own swimsuit for all hydrotherapy treatments. Complimentary beverages and snacks are available in the spa lounge and for your pleasure, we also offer a limited food and beverage menu.
Health & Comfort
To enjoy a safe and relaxing experience at Riverstone Spa, we suggest that any individuals who have medical conditions, concerns, are on medication, or are pregnant should consult a physician prior to using our spa facility. For your health and safety, we use the highest form of disinfection and for all hydrotherapy tub treatments we have the latest sani-jet pipeless systems. All metal implements have been run through an autoclave and are sealed in a sterilized pouch. All of our treatments are performed by professional licensed therapists and for your comfort, privacy draping will be performed during your treatment.
